You can apply for this card if you have either: Passed the Level One Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. or Hold a valid Site Safety Plus Health and Safety Awareness Course certificate. All applicants must also pass the Operatives CITB Health Safety & Environment test. This card is valid for five years and can be renewed subject to the above conditions being met.

ID Requirements

Candidates are required to bring one form of identification listed below bearing a photograph and signature.

• A valid passport of any nationality with a photograph of the candidate and their signature – must be no more than 6 months out of date
• A valid UK only driving licence with a photograph of the candidate and the candidate’s signature – must be no more than 6 months out of date
